Toyota CEO: U.S. getting out of NAFTA will raise price on vehicles
Paying attention to your local community is important. Those are the people that purchase vehicles from your dealership. Paying attention to the decisions lawmakers in Washington make isn’t as important. That is, until it affects your dealership and it’s customers. In an interview with CNBC, Jim Lentz, CEO of Toyota North America, was asked a hypothetical question: If the U.S. eventually pulled out of NAFTA, how impactful would it be to the automaker? Do cameras belong in dealership F&I offices?
We use video cameras for everything now. In fact, most dealerships have cameras monitoring their lots. But since the year 2000, the debate continues on whether the use of cameras for recording F&I transactions is a good idea or not.
