Geaux Automotive Group acquired three Louisiana dealerships from Hudson Automotive Group in September 2026, including Ford, Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram and Volvo franchises. The acquired stores will operate as Geaux Ford Denham Springs, Geaux Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram Denham Springs and Volvo Cars Baton Rouge, with the transaction also including a used-vehicle operation in Baton Rouge. Geaux CEO Lee Carney previously managed All Star dealerships in the Baton Rouge area, including the Volvo store, before launching his own automotive group, which now operates stores across Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee and is targeting additional growth in those states and Alabama.
