“Tianshu Xin and Pablo Di Si bring deep global leadership experience, operational discipline and proven records of building strong teams and driving performance in highly competitive markets,” said Filosa in the company’s media release.

Driving performance & strategy

In the newly created Chief Performance Officer role, Di Si will spearhead the execution of Stellantis’ Value Creation Program to ensure the company hits its financial and operational targets. Di Si brings a deep background in operational turnarounds, commercial performance, and enterprise transformation, most recently serving as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group North America.

Meanwhile, Xin takes charge of the China and Asia-Pacific region after previously serving as COO of Stellantis China and Head of the Stellantis-Leapmotor Alliance. He will maintain his current responsibilities as CEO of Leapmotor International while joining the Stellantis Leadership Team. Longtime executive Grégoire Olivier will transition to a strategic advisor role reporting to Xin.
