Carlock Automotive Group has entered the Indiana market for the first time with the acquisition of Carver Toyota of Columbus in Taylorsville. The dealership, previously owned by Roy J. Carver, Jr. and Ashley Jannie, has been rebranded as Carlock Toyota of Columbus. Performance Brokerage Services advised both the sellers and the buyer on the transaction.
