Payne Auto Group expands with acquisition of Team Chevrolet-GMC

Payne Auto Group has expanded its South Texas footprint with the purchase of Team Chevrolet-GMC in Alice from Mike Terry Auto Group and Steven Jackson of Jackson Automotive Group. The store will continue operating at its current location under its new name, Payne Alice Chevrolet-GMC, representing both Chevrolet and GMC franchises. Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive advisor in this transaction.
