The deal, completed July 28, 2025, was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services. Founded by Aaron Marthaler in Glenwood, Minnesota, the company has grown from a single store to 11 dealerships. Former owner Jim Parker continues to operate multiple stores in Idaho and Montana, including Parker Ford Toyota next door to the Helena Honda location.
