Graff Family of Dealerships acquires final five Bosak stores in Indiana

Bosak Auto Group, a third-generation dealer in northwest Indiana, exited the auto retail business after selling nine stores. Graff Family of Dealerships acquired five rooftops, while Victory Automotive Group acquired four. This is Indiana’s largest retail automotive transaction to date.

Buyer: Graff Family of Dealerships (5 rooftops); Victory Automotive Group (4 rooftops)
Transaction Date: Closed in phases — June 16, 22, and 23, 2025
