CBT News opens nominations for 2025 40 Under 40 awards

The award recognizes rising dealership professionals under age 40 with nominations open through Aug. 31

ATLANTA, Georgia (July 14, 2025) — CBT News, the leading news platform for retail automotive professionals, has officially opened nominations for its 2025 40 Under 40 awards, presented by Force Marketing, one of the nation’s leading providers of technology-enabled, data-driven multi-channel marketing services for automotive clients.

Now entering its third year, the award recognizes dealership employees and managers who demonstrate leadership, innovation and a strong commitment to their teams and communities. Submissions are open through August 31 and may be made by colleagues, supervisors, or friends via a brief testimonial at cbtnews.com/nominate. Self-nominations are welcome.

To be eligible, nominees must be:
  • 39 years old or younger as of January 1, 2026
  • Currently employed at a franchised dealership

Award winners will be featured across CBT News’ digital platforms, including editorial coverage, interviews, and social media promotion. Each honoree will also receive a commemorative trophy in recognition of their achievement.
