ZT Automotive expands luxury portfolio with Charlotte dealership acquisition

Badar Family Office, which operates ZT Automotive, acquired McLaren Charlotte and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charlotte from Daniel Desantis, Ryan Moreno and Ryan Wildrick in a transaction that closed on July 16, 2026. The two North Carolina dealerships will continue operating under their existing names. Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions represented the seller in the transaction.
