Robert Palmese and Ahmed Fayed have acquired Matt Blatt Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Philadelphia from the Greenblatt family’s Matt Blatt Auto Group, marking the buyers’ first franchised dealership. The transaction closed on May 5, 2026, and the store has been rebranded as Liberty Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. The buyers operate under PalmEasy Motors, a group name created for this venture, with Palmese serving as dealer principal and Fayed as managing partner. Performance Brokerage Services represented the sellers, while Biltmore Automotive Services represented the buyers.
