Jeremy Hodge Auto Group has expanded its Oklahoma presence with the acquisition of Patriot Honda in Ardmore, formerly operated by Patriot Auto Group. The dealership will now operate as Jeremy Hodge Honda, continuing to serve local customers with a full lineup of Honda vehicles. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions facilitated the transaction, supporting the long-standing relationship between the buyer and seller and ensuring a smooth transition for employees and customers.
