Ford appoints tech veteran Mike Aragon to lead integrated services

Aragon's career background spans notable leadership positions in both technology and media.

Ford Motor Company has announced the appointment of Mike Aragon as the new president of Integrated Services. In this role, he will lead efforts to build and market a suite of services across Ford Pro, Ford Blue, and Ford Model e. Aragon brings 25 years of experience in building high-growth software and services businesses for major brands to the table.

His career background spans notable leadership positions in both technology and media. Most recently, he served as CEO of Mirror and lululemon Digital Fitness at lululemon athletica inc., where he helped expand the company’s digital fitness services. Before that, Aragon was the chief content officer at Twitch, the Amazon-owned live-streaming platform, where he played a key role in growing one of the largest interactive communities in gaming, sports, and entertainment. He has also held leadership roles at Ellation (the parent company of Crunchyroll) and Sony’s PlayStation Network, further solidifying his expertise in digital ecosystems.

In his new role at Ford, Aragon will oversee the development of services that will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while capturing high-margin revenue. His portfolio includes Ford Pro’s productivity software, the Ford BlueCruise hands-free driving system, and safety and security features across Ford’s product lineup. Under Aragon’s leadership, Ford’s paid subscriptions have already seen significant growth, surpassing 800,000 subscribers in the last 18 months.

With a strong foundation in both digital services and automotive innovation, Aragon is well-positioned to drive the company’s next chapter in integrating cutting-edge technologies and services for customers worldwide.
