Joe Gumm sits down with Jonathan Orb CEO & C0-Founder of DealerSocket to discuss the current digital retail landscape. Auto dealers are at a point where they need to enable the customer to buy their car the way they want to. Whether it’s 100 % online, 100% in the showroom or a combination of both. Jonathan says that the internet to showroom transition is the biggest obstacle dealers face as it often fails. This causes broken trust with the customer. Today consumers expect the same online experience when purchasing a vehicle as they do from any large distributor such as Zappos or Amazon.
