Bob Bell Automotive Group has acquired Plaza Ford in Bel Air, Maryland, from the Walls family, ending more than six decades of family ownership. The deal makes Plaza Ford the seventh rooftop for the Baltimore-based group led by J.P. Bishop and its second Ford franchise. Kerrigan Advisors served as exclusive sell-side advisor to the Walls family.
