AutoNation has expanded its presence in the Chicago market with the purchase of Mercedes-Benz of Chicago and Fletcher Jones Audi from Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. The acquisition, which closed on September 15, 2025, brings AutoNation’s footprint in the area to nine dealerships. The Presidio Group served as the exclusive buy-side advisor on the transaction.
