Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions has facilitated the sale of three Irving, Texas dealerships from The CAR Group to Clay Cooley Auto Group. The transaction expands Clay Cooley’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with the stores rebranding under the Clay Cooley name.
