Prestige Auto Group acquires Columbiana Ford

Prestige Auto Group, owned by George Albanna, acquired Columbiana Ford from Pillar Automotive in a transaction that closed Feb. 9, 2026. The dealership was rebranded as Prestige Ford. Performance Brokerage Services advised on the transaction.
