Lithia & Driveway has added another key dealership to its portfolio with the acquisition of Stivers Subaru in Decatur, Georgia. The transaction, finalized in October 2025, includes both the dealership operations and its real estate. The Presidio Group served as the exclusive advisor to brothers Johnny and Eddie Stivers, guiding the confidential and efficient sale.
