“Auto/Mate is Back and Has Plans to Grow Larger” – Mike Esposito

Auto/Mate is back and has plans to grow larger and better than before according to the company’s longtime Chief Executive Officer and President. This news comes after an eleven-month log back and forth waiting period resulting in Auto/Mate remaining an independent company and they could not be more excited about the future. To learn more, we spoke with Mike Esposito, the CEO and President of Auto/Mate, and it’s clear that the company is ready to take charge in 2018 and continue to deliver quality DMS solutions for the nation’s dealers.Mike joined CBT News for an interview during this year’s NADA show and was able to find out for the source how AutoMate is planning for the future and if the recent events have shifted the company’s ways of thinking. It has only been days since the 11-month long acquisition investigation conducted by FTC who ultimately chose to block the Acquisition of Auto/Mate Dealership Systems by CDK Global happened, but you can tell that Mike and team are extremely happy with the news and now it’s time to get back to business.

AutoMate

We also talk about their plans to grow the company even bigger and larger then it was before as their DMS services and software capabilities remains a high priority. They are committed to maintaining the best solutions for dealerships data conversions and understand that the two most important assets at your dealership are the people and the data.

We also talked with Mike about the company’s culture and how he has developed a strong team over the years. What has become a contributing factor to the AutoMate culture, Mike says is, “at AutoMate it’s totally different, It’s employees, customers and then stockholders. Because, if you don’t have happy employees, you’re not going to have happy customers… It’s not a difficult equation”.
