Thirty-five-year-old Cade Rivard, general manager at Rivard Buick GMC, got his start in the automotive sector at age 15, taking on a variety of odd jobs in the car business such as vehicle detailing. Those early experiences would eventually translate into a successful automotive career spanning two decades, more than half of which has been spent in the dealership.
His proficiency in sales, knack for leadership and practical skill sets obtained from his youth have allowed Rivard to advance quickly through the dealership ranks. Over time, he would touch on every aspect of the car business, including sales, finance, fixed operations, inventory management and more. Eventually, he would come to hold the enviable position of General Manager at the Florida-based Rivard Buick GMC.
His tenure as dealership GM has been filled with impressive achievements. Rivard is a two-time GMC dealer of the year and a one-time Buick dealer of the year. His storefront is the number-one ranked Buick GMC dealership in the Florida and Southeast region. At the national level, Rivard Buick GMC ranks in the top three. When not delivering excellent customer service, preparing for the future of the automotive landscape or overseeing the dealership’s day-to-day operations, Rivard spends his time pursuing his other passions, including hunting. A dedicated sports fan, he also follows football and ice hockey.
