Reynolds enters partnership with Corpay to enhance dealership payables

The new partnership with Corpay helps digitize payments for a smoother transaction.

Reynolds

DAYTON, Ohio and ATLANTA, Georgia – February 25, 2026 – Reynolds and Reynolds is proud to announce it has entered into a new partnership with Corpay, an S&P 500 and Fortune 1000 company, to streamline the payables process and provide world-class safeguards through digitization.

“We are proud to partner with Corpay,” said Scott Worthington, vice president of product management at Reynolds. “Corpay understands automotive retailers, their vendors, and the unique accounting needs both have – specifically when it comes to payments.”

Today, dealerships are spending time printing and signing checks, stuffing and mailing envelopes, and constantly reconciling cash flow. A dealership benefits greatly from an electronic process that creates a guided and automated approach to payables with a detailed audit trail.

With Reynolds Electronic Payables, dealerships can pay their bills electronically and precisely when they are due. With the new partnership between Reynolds and Corpay, Corpay facilitates sending payments to vendors with a check, ACH, or most securely, a virtual card. They also actively market to vendors, encouraging them to accept virtual card payments.

Together, Reynolds and Corpay are now able to provide dealers with major benefits:

  • Better Fraud Prevention: Customers’ bank accounts won’t be displayed on checks; checks are issued through a custodial account that Corpay creates and secures. There is no exposure for the dealership.
  • Create a New Revenue Center: Collect rebates on every virtual card payment, turn payables into a revenue generator.
  • Corpay Support: Corpay has a robust payment portal, AP Gateway, where customers can view the statuses of payments and/or handle some of the enrollment tasks themselves.

“Reynolds and Reynolds is a trusted leader in the automotive space, and Corpay is proud to partner with their team. This partnership reflects our shared goal of simplifying complex processes for our customers. By aligning our solutions, we’re enabling dealerships to gain greater control, visibility, and efficiency across their payment operations,” says David Vieregg, GM and President of Channel Partners.
