Leadership Guru John Maxwell To Speak At Auto-Shopping Symposium Hosted By Zurich And CBT Automotive

John C. Maxwell, one of the world’s leading experts on business leadership, will address an audience of franchised auto dealership executives on “The Future of the Customer Buying Experience” Oct. 15 in Chicago.

Maxwell’s address is being co-hosted by Zurich North America and CBT Automotive Network, an Atlanta-based online and print media news source for the retail automotive industry.

The founder of Duluth, Ga.-based The John Maxwell Co., Maxwell has been designated one of the world’s business leadership experts by businessinsider.com, Inc. magazine and leadershipgurus.net. He is a renowned consultant, speaker and author, with books that have sold a combined 25 million copies in 50 languages and titles such as “Winning With People,” “The 5 Levels of Leadership” and “Today Matters.”

Prior to Maxwell’s appearance, Jim Fitzpatrick, founder and CEO of CBT Automotive Network, will lead a panel discussion on the customer buying experience that features top auto industry executives. That panel also includes Jared Rowe, president of AutoTrader; Raj Sundaram, co-VP of Dealertrack Technologies; Rachel Richards, CMO of Sonic Automotive Group; Collin Sewell, president of the Sewell Family of Companies; and David Putz, head of direct markets at Zurich North America.
