Toyota offers financial relief to storm victims through charitable contributions and payment assistance options for affected customers.

Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Financial Services are stepping up their efforts to support communities devastated by the recent storms in the Southeastern and Eastern United States. In response to the severe impact of these disasters, Toyota is providing both financial assistance and customer relief to help affected individuals recover.

Toyota has long been committed to supporting disaster recovery efforts through annual contributions to The American Red Cross and SBP. These funds are deployed to aid recovery efforts when natural disasters strike across the nation. In addition to these ongoing donations, Toyota is now further assisting by matching U.S.-based employee donations to The American Red Cross, SBP, and other eligible nonprofit organizations. This initiative is designed to maximize the impact of charitable contributions, ensuring that recovery efforts receive the necessary resources.

In a further effort to ease the financial burden on affected communities, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) are offering a range of payment relief options to impacted customers in designated disaster areas. Customers who have lease or finance agreements with TFS or LFS may qualify for several relief options, including lease extensions, deferred payments, and the redirection of billing statements. Additionally, the option to arrange phone or online payments has been made available to ensure customers can manage their accounts remotely during recovery.

Toyota encourages affected customers to reach out to TFS or LFS to discuss the specific relief options available to them. TFS customers can call 800-874-8822 or use the Mail Center function on ToyotaFinancial.com, while LFS customers can contact 800-874-7050 or utilize the same email service on LexusFinancial.com.
