How the initial quality study benefits your dealership

For nearly 30 years, the J.D. Power initial quality study has had a major influence serving as an auto industry benchmark. This study is measured by the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles during the first 90 days of ownership, with a lower score reflecting higher quality. Now although the study’s key findings and stats reflect more on the OEMs, Dave Sargent, J.D. Power’s VP of Global Operations, told us it impacts and benefits us very well.
