Jay Trivedi has acquired Don’s Chevrolet GMC in Wauseon, Ohio, from Don and Cathy Hayati in a transaction that closed on May 28, 2026. The dealership has been renamed Jay’s Chevrolet GMC, marking Trivedi’s first acquisition as a dealer principal. Dealer Solutions Mergers & Acquisitions represented the sellers during the transaction.
