Kelvin Pho
Kelvin Pho is Co-Founder and CTO of Mia Labs, where he leads platform architecture, AI innovation, and engineering strategy behind Mia’s conversational AI super employee for automotive retail. Prior to co-founding Mia, Kelvin served as CTO of Self Financial, where he scaled the engineering organization from 2 to 100 employees and led the company through Series E funding rounds. He brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling platforms at high-growth fintech startups. Outside of work, Kelvin is a competitive ballroom dancer and a Techstars mentor, startup advisor, and active investor focused on building durable, high-impact technology.
