His focus on helping sales associates succeed and his natural ability to simplify processes made him an indispensable part of the team.
Raleigh’s curiosity and commitment to improvement soon led him to take on dealer trades and vehicle allocation, where his operational precision and problem-solving skills continued to shine. When he expressed interest in joining the variable operations team, his leadership potential was clear, and he was promoted to Sales Manager—a role he’s excelled in ever since. Known for being both staff- and guest-centric, Raleigh leads with empathy and purpose, setting high standards for himself and those around him.
