Paul Sansone III is a third-generation automotive dealer continuing his family’s 65-year legacy with energy, innovation, and a relentless drive to evolve. Known affectionately as “PS3,” Paul has carried forward the Sansone family name while carving out his own identity as one of the most forward-thinking young leaders in the business. After successfully leading Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia to multiple Kia President’s Awards and top rankings in the Northeast, he stepped into a new challenge—bringing to life a vision he first developed as a college business plan.
That idea became Keyport Kia, a dealership Paul helped open in 2024. Within just three months, the store ranked among the Top 10 Kia Certified Pre-Owned dealers in the Eastern Region and more than doubled its new-car sales objective, moving 289 vehicles against a target of 142. Paul built an exceptional team of 17, most of whom followed him from his previous store, drawn to his leadership and the winning culture he creates. From “Money Green Mondays” to quarterly team prizes, he leads with passion, purpose, and a sense of fun that keeps morale high and performance even higher.
Beyond dealership operations, Paul is driving change across digital and social platforms. His creative, hands-on approach to marketing—including viral campaigns like the “MTV Cribs” showroom tour and the Kia K4 giveaway—earned him recognition in Meta’s “Turning Dealers Into Creators” program. He continues to elevate Sansone Jr’s Auto Group’s online presence, blending authenticity with data-driven strategy to reach younger buyers.
Paul also launched SJR-Commercial, a commercial van division under Sansone Jr’s Auto Group that acquires branded-title vans and leases them through the group’s lending arm, New Jersey Auto Lending. The program now helps 15–20 customers a month secure reliable transportation while rebuilding credit and creating new employment opportunities—a powerful reflection of Paul’s people-first philosophy.
Proudly carrying on his family’s legacy while building his own, Paul embodies the next generation of automotive leadership: entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and unafraid to reinvent the playbook. His personal motto, “Trust me, trust the process, and everything will be alright,” captures the spirit that drives both his success and the community that believes in him.
