Since stepping into leadership, Jim has helped his team reach new heights. Under his direction, Wally Edgar Chevrolet achieved 100 percent RSI effectiveness in his first full year as Sales Manager and set multiple store records, including 309 total units sold in a single month, 44 new car deliveries in one day, and record-breaking new car gross profit. The dealership has also ranked among the top ten in its zone and the top 50 nationwide. Jim’s leadership philosophy is simple—work for your team, and success will follow.
