Now as Internet Sales Manager, Tyler has taken his leadership to the next level. He built an elite internet team that every associate in the store aspires to join, with formal tryouts required to earn a spot. He leads multiple meetings each day to review progress, fine-tune word tracks, and keep his team motivated and accountable. His hands-on coaching style and dedication to excellence have elevated both his department and the dealership as a whole.
