Lindsey Nelson’s career is a story of hard work, growth, and exceptional leadership. She began her journey in 2015 as an Internet Salesperson, quickly standing out as a top performer before earning a promotion to Sales Manager. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills caught the attention of her leadership team, leading to new opportunities in F&I, pre-owned management, and eventually, the role of General Sales Manager. After completing General Manager training through NADA, Lindsey’s consistent results and commitment to excellence made her the clear choice to lead Audi St. Paul as General Manager in 2024.
Since taking on the role, Lindsey has continued to raise the bar. She has achieved and maintained a positive RSI within just two months, increased new car volume by 26 percent year-over-year, and driven net profit to more than 160 percent growth. In March 2025, she will celebrate 10 years with the Audi brand—a milestone that reflects her loyalty, expertise, and the respect she’s earned across every department.
