Why signing bonuses are not enough for keeping service employees

Sometimes dealers have pain points. Sometimes dealers take those pain points to their dealer associations. Dealer associations can help figure out how to improve those pain points, or do absolutely nothing. When it comes to recruiting, hiring, and keeping employees for service, Nevada is trying to improve, maybe like your dealership. Andy McKay, Executive Director of the Nevada Franchise Auto Dealers Association, told CBT that signing bonuses and help from the manufacturer are great, but it’s not enough.
