Amir Alahwal started as a receptionist at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula, Calif., in 2016. When the buyout that created Unstoppable Automotive Group closed in 2019, he was Employee #1, and today he oversees customer experience, IT, AI, BDC, marketing, reputation and operations across its eight rooftops, six brands and more than 450 team members.
Earlier, he built a centralized phone team of more than 15 for four of the country’s top Mercedes-Benz and Audi stores. On day one it answered 76% of calls. By Friday of that week it was at 99%.
This year, after finding no vendor that could do it, he built his own service conquest tool with AI. It scans the DMS, runs VINs through the OEM financial system and returns balance-to-maturity data on 1,200 VINs in fifteen minutes, work that used to take four to six people about three weeks. In under two months across three stores, the team converted 24 guests into $58,295 in gross profit.
He also launched a mobile service van for a $109,000 investment. In the first half of 2026 it completed 108 mobile services and produced $44,000 in gross profit at a 78.2% margin.
