Aleks Keric, 38, oversees 13 dealerships across luxury, import and domestic brands as Regional Platform Director for Murgado Automotive Group’s Illinois operations. He says the job began when his leadership of two locations grew to 13.
He joined Murgado in 2023 to lead its Honda operations, then added Infiniti and Cadillac. According to his nomination, Cadillac was named Dealer of the Year in 2024 and 2025, shortly after the store moved into its new facility on the Motor Werks campus. Before Murgado, he spent several years at Cox Automotive’s vAuto, helping dealerships across the country sharpen inventory management and profitability, and before that eight years in retail, moving through sales, finance and executive management.
This year he directed a DMS switch across multiple rooftops, from CDK to Tekion, without breaking workflow. He manages a 50-person team and puts his time into coaching and developing the people under him. His nomination ties it to results: as the team developed, annual performance goals went up.
