Audi Minneapolis’s SSI score has climbed from 4.92 in October 2024, the month before Rory Onorato, 35, took over as new car sales manager, to 4.99 in August 2026.
Rory studied history in college expecting a museum career and sold wedding gowns on the side. Then in 2021 she bought a Mini Cooper, fell for cars, and a few months later was selling Audis. She finished in her team’s top three every month for three years before her GM asked her to run new cars. Two years into the job, she oversees the department’s inventory, financial health and dealer trades, handles damaged-vehicle reconditioning and reimbursement, and leads the store’s rollout of AI in its CRM and website chat.
The Robbinsdale, Minn., store has been a J.D. Power Dealership of Excellence and an Audi Magna Society store for 2024 and 2025, and its lease loyalty is at 50%, against 47.2% nationally. She says it has been Lithia’s top-performing Audi dealership in the nation every month since Lithia bought it in June 2024. In her words, “Anyone who has enough drive and motivation can be successful.”
