Louis Goodman taught Pre-K before he sold cars, and the stores he has run since increased profitability 105% year over year.
He started in sales at Audi North Austin in 2017, moved to Maserati Alfa Romeo of Austin as a sales manager in 2020, became its general manager in 2024, and took over as general manager of Audi North Austin in March 2026. He leads a team of 60 and still approaches the job as a teacher.
Along with the profit gain, his stores grew in both fixed and variable operations and improved customer satisfaction. In service, he pushed advisor accountability, technician productivity and proactive maintenance. In sales, he focused on inventory mix, aging units and appraisal accuracy.
He completed the NADA Academy in 2022 and has sponsored Fore Kids ATX and the JL Lewis Foundation.
