Joe C. Sanchez, 37, started as a BDC agent 19 years ago and now runs used vehicles at Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall in Miami. His team of 38 sold 4,853 retail and wholesale vehicles in 2025 and produced $8.93 million in combined gross profit, with salespeople averaging 16.8 vehicles a month each.
Along the way he worked as a service advisor, in sales and in finance, and he was a sales manager before taking over as Used Vehicle Director. Today he oversees about 700 used vehicles at a time and leads the operation end to end: acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, retail and wholesale.
The accomplishment he points to first is the reconditioning backlog he inherited. Working closely with the team and making better use of Rapid Recon, he cleared it and set a more organized, consistent process, then kept going on accountability and support for his people.
