Dillon Brewer, 33, says he ranked No. 202 among Toyota sales professionals in 2025 and is at No. 116 in 2026, with new vehicle sales up almost 14.2% year over year. He started at 18 as a lot porter and moved into sales within six months. After four years in finance and roughly six in sales management at Gerry Wood Automotive, he came back to the showroom at Cloninger Toyota, now part of Capital Automotive Group, on purpose, and has built his business on relationships, referrals and community involvement.
He earned Toyota PROS recognition for the second year in a row, his third overall, and is tracking a second straight Toyota Sales Society. He is also Director of Marketing and Public Relations for four Rowan County operations, Capital Toyota, Capital Ford, Capital Honda and Carolina Collision, while still selling cars. He handled the marketing and PR side of the 2026 move from Cloninger to Capital and has helped plan and run more than 30 community initiatives in the past 12 months.
He serves on the Town of Rockwell Board of Aldermen and is vice chair of the Rowan County Young Professionals.
“Leadership is about serving people.”
