Brandon Osborn, 35, joined Yark Automotive in Toledo, Ohio, in 2012 as a porter, and this April he was promoted to new car sales manager at the Chrysler store, where he leads a team of 25. Within a year of starting he moved to new vehicle sales and sold Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram for nine years. He then spent nearly three years as a finance manager and director for both the Chrysler and Toyota stores.
At Yark Toyota, he helped lift vehicle sales and finance gross and improve the customer experience compared with prior years. Back at the Chrysler store, he has focused on training and coaching, deal profitability and trade acquisitions.
He is the father of four, and his family volunteers at local youth sports, programs and festivals through their kids’ travel teams.
