Eligibility
No purchase necessary, and no payment of money is required as a condition of participation. Employees of CBT News and their affiliated partners, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants’ name, voice, likeness, photograph, quotes or video footage without further permission.
Entry
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate in this contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Collection of Personal Information
Entrant’s acceptance of the Official Rules and entry in the contest constitutes agreement to allow CBT News the use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. By participating in the contest, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from CBT News. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting those sites. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in the contest.

The contest shall be controlled by those applicable laws and regulations of the State of Georgia. Further, participants release and agree to hold harmless CBT News and their affiliated partners, their parents, affiliates, subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any contest related activity, or participation in the contest. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
CBT News reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the websites, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method.
Limitations of Liability
CBT News is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website. CBT News and their affiliated partners are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of the website. If, for any reason, the contest or a drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, CBT News reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, or drawings, and select the winner(s) for the contest, or for such drawings, from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by CBT News.
