CBT News is proud to launch Remarkable Leaders in F&I, Powered by RouteOne, a new recognition program honoring exceptional professionals who are elevating the finance and insurance function within automotive dealerships.
This program spotlights a select group of F&I leaders from across the country—individuals who demonstrate excellence in performance, leadership, compliance, customer experience, innovation, and mentorship within their organizations. These honorees represent the best of what modern F&I leadership looks like today.
Only 12 professionals will be selected for this inaugural class. If you know an F&I leader who consistently sets the standard and drives meaningful impact at their dealership, we encourage you to submit a nomination and help us recognize the talent shaping the future of the industry.
Nomination Criteria
- Nominee must currently work in a Finance & Insurance role (or oversee F&I operations) at an active automobile dealership.
- Nominee should demonstrate exceptional leadership, performance, integrity, and commitment to improving the dealership and customer experience.
- Nominees may be of any age and may include directors, managers, or other senior F&I professionals.
