Scott Normandin helped build the California New Car Dealers Association’s NextGen program from three people into a statewide group of more than 250 leaders, and he sits on its steering committee. A fifth-generation car dealer, he learned the business under his father and uncle. As sales manager at Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT, he also grew his store’s used volume 122%, according to his nominators.
