Learn what one dealership did to show a more genuine side of dealerships salespeople

Improving the car shopping experience for everyone…that is the objective for your dealership. But in a recent article about how consumers feel about the auto industry, Harvard Business School Professor, Leonard Schlesinger said, “nothing much has changed over 25 years. The experience is still generally awful.”

Obviously, we don’t believe that…but what if your dealership could do something to make customers feel a little comfortable when they come in.

Maybe even do something like Jake Sweeney Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio did. For J.C. Baker (Director of Sales), shooting a music video was two-fold: look a little more authentic to customers and encourage a fun work environment.
