Celeste Briggs discusses the growth of female dealers and leaders in the industry

Research revealed at this year’s NADA convention showed that at the end of 2014, women owned 225 General Motors dealerships – a net gain of 10 from a year previous. In response to the growth of women dealers across the country, the General Motors Women’s Retail Network put together a 20 group catered specifically for women in the industry and is looking to possibly add a second group this year.

Celeste Briggs, Director of the GM Women’s Retail Network, joins CBT to discuss the 20 group and the growing number of women in key leadership roles at U.S. dealerships.
